SIDDHARTH BAFNA, has over 12 years of experience in litigation. Siddharth has represented clients before various courts and arbitral tribunals including the Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court, other High Courts, the City Civil Court, Sessions Courts and other lower courts in Mumbai.

He is a graduate of the Government Law College, Mumbai and has previously worked in the Chamber of Hon’ble Justice Mr. S.S. Nijjar (Supreme Court), the Chamber of  Senior Counsel, Mr. Vineet B. Naik, Kanga & Co. and Kartikeya Desai and Associates. Siddharth has also completed his LLM from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law majoring in business laws, entertainment laws and sports laws.
